The cashier was really nice he said welcome to Popeyes!! With a very nice smile, he was very patient while I was telling him my order after I finish she reaped to me and even offered me dessert. The food was fresh and hot this is very important to me ,the restaurant looks very clean , we really enjoyed it ,thank you all your great job , I can wait to comeback to this store Thank you to the general manager for this very good employee.
I had a fantastic experience at the Warrenton VA Popeyes this week. The customer service was stellar all because of the employees. Adrian and Javier were so helpful and friendly that I will go back to this location over and over again because I know I can count on this kind of positive customer service. I had a little trouble navigating the menu specials but Adrian helped me with choosing the right combination that fit into my budget. Extremely disappointed in the service I got here today. At about 430 on Fathers day the wife and went through the drive in place and order for a 8 piece meal with mash potatoes, a wrap and fried pickles and two cokes. Cost being $ 52.83 After get home , we discovered we had given a spicy chicken sandwich, 3 piece chicken tender meal and beans and rice.
