Ive had some great experiences in the past, however this is the second occasion of this store closing early 20 minutes AFTER confirming my online order and having been waiting. Absolutely ridiculous to spend $45 dollars wasting nearly half an hour, and still having no food and no refund.
Waited for service over 30 minutes no one said anything it’s 8:43 on a Saturday and not even acknowledged after paid. I could hear employees talking about how crappy their job is.
Erica greeted us at the counter and did a wonderful job. In the past the service was not always best but Erica was awesome!! Thank you Erica!
Went through the drive-through placed my order got up to the window lady took my Card. Took several minutes for them to bring the order when they did. It was four times the quantities that I’ve asked for and so they rang up and build my credit card or almost $40 when it should’ve been less than 10 it took three people and a little over 20 minutes to get all of that straightened out.
