Yes the lady that helped me was exceptional sorry i forgot ur name but she helped me cause ive never ate at popeyes and my job sent me with a list and she was so sweet and kind!!! And all while she was training a young man so very very impressed!! YALL KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK
Wait time and attitude are unacceptable. Anna is especially hostile and uneducated in her job maybe she'll be better with proper training.
I came from Texas to Lebanon for a couple of days and decided to order the traditional Popeyes chicken—leg thighs, bone-in wings, and medium fries. Unfortunately, it was a huge disappointment. The food wasn’t fresh at all, overly greasy, and had an unpleasant smell. If you’re craving authentic Louisiana kitchen flavors, I wouldn’t recommend ordering from this Popeyes location.
While this used to be a great place, it no longer is. Sometimes they have chicken ready, sometimes not. Can't find unsweetened ice tea or even sweet. Not the cleanest place. Diners sometimes bring their dogs in and even feed them, not talking about Service Dogs, a dog in a baby carriage.
