Just had the worst customer service experience at this store. Placed an order through the app for scheduled pickup. Got there 10 minutes after the set time and there was no order to be had - confirmed location and time with the girls at the drive through. They were very understanding and said that this has happened before with the app. They asked me to come inside with my toddler while they prepared my order. For fast food, the sides are way too expensive for how little food you get. Ordered two spicy chicken sandwiches, a small Mac and cheese for $3.99 and a large mashed potatoe with Cajun gravy for $6.99 (going off of memory bc no receipt was provided). Roughly spent $20 total ordering for two people. I worked all day, came home and mowed and was really hungry. Flavor of food and spice level are very on point, but the cost of the sides is really over the top. Too expensive!
