We have never eaten at a Popeyes before, but this was a very good experience. The service was fast and friendly, the food was hot and tasty, and the dining area/bathrooms were very clean. It made us want to eat here again!
Worst experience at pop eyes. Ordered at the speaker. Lady in the back ground. "5 minutes on boneless for kids meals" I said thats fine. We waited 25 minutes. Waited on our food. 25 minutes. I backed up. You, we were told 5 minutes. Rude woman "I know, we are under staffed, we are bagging your food now" (Pretty rude) Then asked me to pull forward. I rudely declined. Gave us the smallest strips they had. Popeyes needs to removed the employees working tonight. And put workers in that actually cares.
The food was boring and the service was really slow and even after waiting for 10 minutes for our order to come out they still forgot items so I had to go back to get it corrected.
