I had never been to a Popeyes before. Great food
Horrible customer service from store and company. They took my online order but we're not open. Said they could not give me my refund of my order. Then told me to leave the store and lock the door on me and I still have no refund. Finally their customer service at their company headquarters gave me a refund even though the store refuse to help me due to their lack of being able to provide a service that I paid for.
This place seems to have a systematic sauce denial policy? Have been to this location 4 times and 4 times they have neglected to provide requested sauces in the bag. Dishonest business practices. Check your bags when they bring them out!
The guy was serving food while he had slippers on and also had his pant legs visible. I'll never eat here again. Also served me dried chicken and my rice and beans were dried up. When I said something about it his reply was my friend owns this business I can do what I want. I live right down the road they lost me as a customer. Never again
