I tried 3 different times and everytime they screw up the order either something missing or not correct.. Or I have to wait 10mins or more for when it’s online order. Then can’t even go inside because they have doors locked at noon. Do not go to Canandaigua Popeyes.

We ordered from Popeyes around 9 PM and were told to park. There was already another customer waiting, and after about 5 minutes they went inside to find out their food was ready, even though no one had told them. We decided to wait another 10 minutes before going in ourselves. When we asked about our order, the workers seemed confused until we showed them the receipt. My boss and I stopped to grab a quick lunch and only thing that was edible and I use that lightly was the chicken definitely avoid thr mashed potatoes

This was disappointing. I know that the place is kind of new but no one seems to be there and I've had Popeyes and other locations and it's very good but this was just barely warm and not crispy and they forgot our sauces so we had to go back in. To be fair, it seems that one person was running the whole place.
