Didnt get what we ordered, ordered spicy recieved regular, requested thighs got the mixed bag and left out an entire meal and no breading on chicken.
the dude at the drive thru stopped talking mid order for awhile and then my food wasn’t what i ordered i got regular tenders when i ordered spicy, and my biscuit was as hard a rock. come on now!
The drive-thru service is embarrassingly slow - I've had quicker service at sit-down restaurants. The food was mostly tasty, but the portions on the sides were a joke for the price - even with a coupon! Two can dine on those sides? Yes, if you're both happy with two bites each. First time having Popeye's, last time having Popeye's.
Feeling really disappointed and icky about my Popeyes experience today. My husband and I went this Sunday afternoon (a pretty common occurrence for us) we love Popeyes. When we got home with our food I first realized my drink was wrong but I figured that wasn’t a big deal… Then I took a bite into some raw chicken.
