Waited at the window for almost 10 minutes without even a “hello” or “hey we are working on your order.” Then didn’t give us our extra sauces that we paid EXTRA for and didn’t give us our fries. It’s expensive for people to eat out, especially right now. You would hope food establishments would get it right, if they cared. They weren’t even busy, so ridiculous. This is our second time here with bad experiences both times, probably won’t be back.
Waited 20 mins and didn’t get my 3sauces I paid extra for also missing my fries. I don’t understand how it’s hard to give sauces you pay extra for and a fry the screen literally tells you what to put in the bags. I would love to talk to the manger about getting some kind of reimbursement.
Both times we’ve been here they’ve gotten our order completely wrong. Won’t be going to this location again.
They could not figure out how to run the gift card so we sat in line forever, then they sent out the wrong order.
They gave us the wrong size sides and the wrong chicken
