Positive: I had a great customer service, gentleman taking my order was nice - nothing extra. Restaurant itself looks like a new establishment or had a recent renovation. Negative: I ordered a spicy 2 piece. The sides and biscuit was good. The chicken was very dry and like over fried. Didn’t even bother eating it
This is by far my favorite location, but like where I work sometimes it just gets a little crazy. I went for dinner today. Unfortunately my order wasn't correct, but they were really busy. I do thank the staff for trying to take care of everyone. Their customer courtesy is top rate. I'm aware accidents happen.
I usually LOVE Popeyes from a different state but Tennessee location is not the same standard. I came here multiple times hoping it would get better but it didn’t. Took forever, taste isn’t the same and my order was incorrect. PLEASE PLEASE help this location! Maybe more training needed? I don’t know.
