One of the worst Popeyes I have tried. Chicken is very dry, hard to swallow. Food court is also crowded.
I luv Popeyes. That crisp crunchy Cajun spiced chicken skin crust. Mmmm. But not all Popeyes do it right. This location is in the San Francisco Premium Outlet (in Livermore, CA) is just all right. Not great, not bad. The ordering is done all by a kiosk. No human person to ask questions or provide assistance. I bought my regular order of chicken wings but wanted them without sauce. Visited on July 12, 2025 around 7 PM. We ordered a six-piece chicken wings with sweet chili sauce. After getting home, both of us felt nauseous and ended up vomiting. We are concerned about the food quality. Please be careful.
Paid $15 not including tax for three sad “tenders” and fries. The tenders are super small and they totally rip you off. Don’t come here for lunch if you’re shopping at the outlets. It’s not worth it and a scam.
