This visit was really good. The drive through had problems and the young lady apologized and took my order at the window and it really didn't take very long despite the long line. She gave exceptional service unlike another business the day before who made me go around because their drive through had problems as well. Needless to say, I patronized another restaurant that day.
This is by far my lowest recommendation for food. This was the worst customer service that have ever witnessed and it wasn't busy. In the drive thru and the cashier asks me to give him a minute. After 2-3mins and scrolling on my phone I asked waa he still there and he says I said give me a minute. I then came inside to talk to management on duty, because no way this is the way this business conducts customer service. This is probably the slowest drive thru I had the pleasure to experience. ALMOST 20 MINUTES!!! 20!!! The biscuits were pretty much burnt. I get it if the food is going to come out slow but come on. Its A FAST FOOD CHAIN!!! Not even the courtesy of a simple "Sorry for the wait".
