This is by far one of the worst restaurant experiences I've ever had. I gave this place multiple chances, but nothing ever changed. As a customer, I have repeatedly experienced extremely long wait times. Even after placing a pickup order well in advance, I arrived 45 minutes after ordering, and my food still wasn't ready.
