Usually service here is pretty fast and friendly. So glad Popeyes has bbq wings that aren’t hot! Everybody does not like “hot”
3rd UPDATE YES, THIS LOCATION SUCKS!! THEY HAVE HORRIBLE ATTITUDES. Well actually the manager on Friday 9.19.2025 at 11:50am that worked the drive thru window. The other cashiers and supervisor were really kind. Their eyes were even apologetic. When i pulled up to the speaker, no hello, no nothing, just " HOLD". Then I go to the window and he says "11.31", didnt repeat my order, no hello, just frowning, popping his mouth, and very angry. If they don't want to work with customer service, they should look for another bad job from the window teller.
This Popeyes always takes at least a half hour for whatever you order, the windows are filthy and Melvina (lawd) has a very poorly (read: Montgomery standard) attitude. Cody is a sweetheart though, bless his heart for being kind bc Lord knows what he deals with working at this place.
Every time I get my food it is wonderful I enjoy it I love it
