First and last time I go to this location. Placed a pickup order which had a 5:32 pickup time. Got there right at the pickup time and was told they were making the chicken and it would be 5 minutes. I sat there for 20 minutes before I got our order. One of the employees started to argue with me after I mentioned what the pick up time showed. He said " that's just an estimate time. It takes 12 minutes to cook". This place needs some better employees apparently, or some basic training.

I went there twice one day Neisha I think she said she was the Gm and yesterday I went (9-18- 25) omg I can’t believe the dedication that Neisha and the young man in the gray shirt I don’t remember his name but they both went above and beyond to make sure i was taken care of cause of the wait I had in drive thru hopefully when I come back later this week they will both be there can’t wait to try the new sauce.

Whoever was running the window around 11:30am on 9/19 needs a RAISE and needs to be promoted. Best experience i’ve had she went above and beyond. I’m assuming she was manager by the way she presented herself.

Had a great experience the other day, nesiha the GM was a delight makes the dining experience amazing will be coming back from now on
