Long wait times
This is one of the best Popeyes. The chicken is always fresh. The management and workers are spectacular. They hustle and remain friendly. Really, great job! 5 stars on that. Here's the bad though. The problem is that they are WAY understaffed. The poor employees and management are running around, doing their best. Trying to take orders while they fill orders. Grinding to help everybody. The last 3 times I've been there were at least 7 people waiting to order, drive thru packed also. I left both times as I was trying to take... read more
