I ordered in the app and was told to pull around and wait and I waited for 30 minutes and I went inside and I was told had I not ordered dark meat my food would have been ready? I said that was an option in the app and then the guy said we are 3 pieces short for your chicken and I would need to wait 20 more minutes. As I was waiting originally there was a lady after me that ordered 6 big meal deals that got served and he was very polite to her. Told them dark meat THREE TIMES still gave me white meat !! Update Went back year later because I was craving it got my order wrong, gave me a scoop of sides and watered down lemonade!! Sides was cold as well.gave me SPICY when I asked for classic and my kid ate the spicy! I didn’t know until my kid was crying about how hot mouth was!!
