Kept repeating that he couldn’t hear my order when I was talking when he wouldn’t take his AirPods out to hear me. Wouldn’t make sweet tea very lazy like it’s their job to do so. Gave my family sprite that was very gross and had no syrup in it. No forks or napkins or anything! Worst Popeyes location. Need new employees asap

I have visited here several times since they opened. Problem is, they are never prepared to handle customers. I often utilize the mobile app, so it could speed up the order. That never works. You will be waiting a very long time and that is disappointing.

Slow service, poor quality. Popeyes as a chain is very good, but this location has been consistently inconsistent.

Ive never gotten an order right at this location. This past time, I paid a fair amount for a bunch of ghost pepper wings. 1 man was running the drive through....both windows. 1 other person in the kitchen. I cannot fault the employees. Only the employer. Perhaps if they offered more than a couple measly dollars an hour, they might gather some employees.
