Waited over 20 minutes. Forgot my sides. Came back and they still got it wrong! Gas is too expensive to keep making trips like this
My boyfriend ordered me lunch on the app trying to surprise me but did not know my daughter had my car. Once I told him this he immediately tried to cancel the order, which directed him to an AI messenger on the app. Never gave refund or reason why we couldn’t get one. Very poor service in my opinion, anyone in store can get a refund on a whim. Big 👎 on this one Popeyes. I’d rather give KFC my money.
Placed a mobile order for my girlfriend to pick up on her lunch, 5 minutes after placing the order she tells me she doesn’t have her car at work today and I use the mobile app to try and cancel my order. Refused to give me my refund, mere minutes after I placed my order, what a rip off. Maybe they will still allow me to pick up our meal we never got. Thanks so much corporate junkies, doing anything for a dollar from hard working people.
