I ordered my food online. Drove to get it and when I got up to the window I was told they was still working on my order to pull around it would be out in 5 mins. Okay. No problem. Pulled around then ended up waiting 45 mins! Had to go in and get the order. Now they was not busy. They was outside checking out a electric truck! And in the bathroom. I read all these reviews and they are not wrong! Waited 30 minutes for our food because "fryer wasnt working" But they were still serving others? Even another customer there was complaining to me how bad this place is. To top it off, they gave my order away to someone else.. then try to acuse me like its my fault. (Why would you give an order away without checking receipt) and then calls me a name when I try to explain myself that I never got my order. very slow and inside is always dirty. tables are not wiped down and theres no fountain so you have to wait for someone to get your refill and they take FOREVER. employees are also very awkward. coffee location better.
The food came out quickly.
I am tired of always getting the incorrect meal every time I go to this location. Ever since they opened up they have not gotten my order right. This is the last straw, I will not be back.
