not sure whats up with this place but the wait times were really long (almost 30mins). we ordered thru the drive thru and were asked to pull up front. numerous other vehicles were waiting for their orders. we went inside to see what was up and there were no employees at the counter. couldnt get ahold of anyone. finally an employee brought our food out and it was cold and it was wrong. had to take it back. 4 other people waiting in their cars also had to go inside to get their order corrected. many more people were waiting ar... read more
The night manager is extremely rude. Tim is his name is believe but ill discuss that with corporate. I was outside waiting for food they had me pull up front. I waited 33 mins and as im sitting up front you see the manager going from the bathrooms to the lobby to the back to the phone to the food. At that point I was waiting so long I knocked on the door and said its been 33 mins id rather just have a refund. He was mopping eating chicken and doing the bathrooms. Ive had iffy service here before and many times missing items in my takeout. Today? Well it was awesome. Cameron took care of me. Before I even asked he checked my order to assure it was right and he made sure I was taken care of. This young man is what customer service is all about! Thank you Cameron! And - the food was hot, fresh and good! Food
Whole order was wrong and over priced.
