For its price, this restaurant serves quality foods. Unlike other Popeyes, the chicken was actually crispy in the sandwich. My only critique is that they forgot my biscuit (included in the meal), but I give leeway as the restaurant was crowded at that time of day. Otherwise, the workers were friendly and helpful.
The manager of the evening shift on Sunday 02/16/25 was very rude
Placed an online order for pickup at 7:30. Was ignored and wasn't offered my food until twenty minutes later It's not their fault, they're clearly understaffed - but there are much better options for fast food and online pickup
Customer service is very bad .staff who is working at front desk showing too much attitude very bad behavior usually we used tocome here every week after this horrible experience never coming back
I ordered a 6-piece chicken wings combo at this Popeyes in Great Mall today around 7 PM. Unfortunately, the experience was terrible. The chicken tasted off, like it was slightly spoiled, but they tried to cover it up with excessive seasoning and breading. While it wasn’t completely rotten, there was a clear level of spoilage that made it really unpleasant to eat. I expected fresh food, but instead, I felt like I was being deceived.
