This is the 3rd time I have come here and for the 3rd time I have been very disappointed. The first time I went there at 6:00 and they ran out of chicken?! They didn't even give me an option to wait. They just told me they ran out of chicken!!! The second time I was there, it was really busy and they forgot my order and I winded up waiting over an hour and they lost my ticket!!! I arrived with only 2 cars ahead of me. We all waited 15 minutes before the first was asked for their order. 25 minutes passed before I was at the window. After I paid, 5 minutes passed. THEN… the worker told me, “It will about 15 minutes, we have to cook your chicken.” Like, it couldn’t be cooking while I was waiting behind the only 2 cars in drive through? Then I requested a refund and was told it would take 3 days. I could see inside and only three people were at the counter area.
