I had a very shocking experience with the manager Dee at this location,she was very rude and hostile and angry talking to .me for no reason except I ask for her attention regarding a long wait time in the drive thru,she verbally attacked me with no room for discussion. I think this was beyond.having a bad day with the way she acted so unprofessional and with no integrity with the title of a manager. We are here to help others and our community for which you work in,not to treat people with disrespect and unkindness.
Food was hot cashier was friendly
It was not my first time visiting this location, and I was greeted upon entering. However, when I requested fresh chicken, I overheard an employee in the kitchen yell, “Why don’t you just take what’s up there?” I found this comment to be rude, unprofessional, and disappointing. This request was reasonable, I do not like how this was handled. this interaction did not reflect good customer service.
Waited 25 mins or more for one surf and turf box and they call it fast food that's not fast. That's called slow food
