I did a Door Dash here. I got a BOGO free with the honey bbq chicken sandwich and a side of coleslaw. Coleslaw was fine. The two chicken sandwiches tasted more like breading than actual chicken. My stomach didn’t feel right after eating this. Usually, Popeyes in general is decent but not this time. Chicken sandwich at McDonald’s is better.
Spicy chicken from here is the best!
Very disappointing experience at Popeyes. I simply asked for fresh biscuits that weren’t burnt, and instead of handling a basic request professionally, I was given a hard time about it. I’m a paying customer, and I don’t think asking for biscuits that are fresh and not burnt is unreasonable. The attitude and unnecessary back-and-forth made the situation worse than it needed to be. UPDATE: 7/29/26 #13494 Order #75 Ordered 3 piece tenders. Cashier charged me for the meal and gave me the wrong chicken. I told the cahier the correct order. He decided to say that's not what I ordered. As I was walking out after I got my money back the cashier made 1 more comment under his breath. Way to argue with the customers. The next restaurant to close due to poor service? Probably! I will NOT be returning again.
