I ordered two flounder sandwich meals, one with fries the other with fried pickles. All of my food was burnt, overcooked, and old. This was the worst meal I’ve ever had from this location. If I didn’t live so far, I would’ve taken it back but I didn’t check until I was home. Nothing fresh about my meals.
Terrible received the wrong order, despite having to repeat it numerous times. Got home and realized the order was wrong called and was told I would have to drive all the way back with opened food to get a refund or be compensated. Very poor customer service and food quality.
Came here a few times.. food seems to consistently come out lukewarm … even when coming through the drive through. Recommend avoiding this place
Sat for almost 10 minutes at the drive thru waiting for someone to take our order. There were no other cars in the drive thru and the lobby was empty. When nobody answered, we pulled to the window and saw an employee just standing there and cleaning. We came through more than 30 minutes before closing so I’m not sure if they were cleaning and didn’t want to take an order or what exactly.
