The service has degraded tremendous since first opening a few years ago. It has gone from smiles and greetings to being absolutely ignored standing at the counter, to sitting in the mobile order parking space and being handed the wrong mobile order to having to go in only to find out they have never ever started the order, even after going through the drive thru to let them know own we are here. Found a blue peice of rubber glove in our mac n cheese and was shorted on our order and didnt get the pieces we asked for.. this was the second time we have had a bad experience at this location!
Seemed like an inconvenience when going through the drive thru. Second the other review in that it takes forever to get your food, usually items are missing, and are always out of things and won’t make more in the middle of being open. Recommend other Popeye’s.
I hesitated to order pick up because my past two mobile orders have been awful.with not having orders ready at scheduled time and waiting up to 20+ minutes. This order was ready, but was incorrect. I ordered boneless wings and received bone in. Instead of 2 large sides I received two small. My order was simple and staff couldn't manage to get it correct. Corporate needs to come to this location and clean it up.
The manger told I had an attitude right to my face
