Bad attitude and bad service. Their 5 piece chicken tenders for 11.99 (just the tenders) is not worth it, very small pieces, dry and cold. Tried to call them several times to let them know about it but never answered, will never go again, bad quality food

Just tried to order chicken 🐔 family meal. I was told that it would be a 15-minute wait which I was okay with. I asked for a complimentary drink for the wait and a kitchen employee shouted out "Do you want the chicken or not that's why we asked if you would wait. " Customer service genuinely sucked in my opinion.
Food was surprisingly great. Giving them a try because I had not been since I got a tiny chicken sandwich for what I felt was expensive. Service was a bit rough needs to be friendlier, tone was a bit harsh in my opinion.
07/11/2025 we decided to visit the weslaco Popeyes location 2 orders. total was @ $35. the food looked like it was taken out of a trash can. like it were for a pig. I asked for a refund but was told to contact Popeyes headquarters, they dont answer the phone, they use tect messaging. where they told me I could get a $5 credit for the same item from the same restaurant. the wings had black spots and smelled funky.
