I went in to order food and needed to use the restroom. The manager told the associate no he will not open the restroom door for me. He gave no reason as to why. And I was a paying customer. This was at 11:30 am on a Thursday. And It was only me and one other customer in this establishment.
Absolutely Horrible Experience — DO NOT COME HERE I placed an order online and PAID for it in full, only to show up and be told that they didn’t even have the items I ordered. No one called, no update was given, nothing. When I asked to cancel the order or get a refund so I could take my business to a different location, I was told they couldn’t do anything about it — not cancel it, not refund it, nothing.
