Please do not eat at this Popeyes in Grapevine Mills Mall! On Saturday, May 2, 2026, I saw one of the workers walk straight out toilet stalls in the restrooms and continuing to proceed out of the restrooms, without washing his hands. The crazy thing about this, is he looked right at me in the face as he was walking out. I then passed by the restaurant after leaving the restroom, to find him in the front, behind the counter and register putting customers’ food in boxes without gloves on. This is a very serious health concern!
I ordered a number one meal with a biscuit and a separate additional sandwich. I was given my order without a biscuit. I asked for a biscuit, the young male employee told me that biscuits don't come with just the sandwich. I told him that I ordered a meal, he repeated again, that biscuits don't come with just a sandwich. What the heck is wrong with these employees!!!! I'm not going to sit here and argue over a dang biscuit!!!This location is ridiculous!
