Great food… Bad customer service 😡… They messed up my “online “ order. SMH. When I called they hung up on me. Should I return? No
Ordered a “10” piece family meal (mild) with Macaroni and Red Beans and rice. I received an “8” piece with mixed spicy and mild chicken that was old, darkened, hard and dried out. The biscuits were so hard, that I couldn’t bite into them. I was also missing the macaroni. Called the store 4x’s…no answer. Sad to say, I won’t be back. I paid for one thing and received the complete opposite. I’ll be calling the corporate office tomorrow.
