Ordered the 16 piece family meal. Comes with 16 pieces of chicken, three large sides and 8 BISCUITS. Get all the way home and had no biscuits. Big let down. 30 minutes to the house so we’re just doing without the biscuits.

Based on the drive through experience the food says the same. If training reflects management then do a complete overhaul of the establishment. You can barely hear them in the drive through it's a reflection of the training and individuals. In this economy what's the worst detail is the care and concern of who's putting money in your company. I could hear nothing but screaming in the kitchen. Do better Quincy Florida.
When did Popeyes chicken get so expensive. 5 wings with fries, watered down red beans and a drink was over 12.00 I won't do that again, much better deals elsewhere.
