Went thru drive thru and asked for a 16 piece tender, was snidely told by the drive thru agent (host 3684 or 60297) that told us she was not counting all that, 16 or couldn’t count to 16. So then we asked for 16 piece chicken mild, we don’t have 16 pieces but you can have half tenders, and half chicken. Not, we’ll drop more tenders and more chicken. I went to Popeye’s for lunch and unfortunately had a very uncomfortable experience. When I arrived, I noticed the two tea containers didn't have lids, so I decided not to get a drink. I mentioned it to the cashiers, and they immediately took care of it and thanked me. What really concerned me was seeing the general manager use a piece of wrapping paper to grab a pepper from a container of liquid, with his bare fingers going into the liquid.
