I saw an advertisement for the new Chicken wraps and wanted to stop through to try them out. Ordered on the app and arrived 10 minutes later. The employee that handed me wraps was very pleasant but there was only one problem. Pulled the wraps out the bag and they were COLD TO THE TOUCH. How is that possible? Like frigid cold. Like pulled out of the cooler cold. I want to come back since it's the only Popeyes close to me but stuff like this keeps happening.
