I've had great experiences using the mobile app. I order 5 minutes ahead and when I arrive my order is always ready and the food is always hot and fresh. Every time I go in to retrieve my order, the lobby and fountain drink area always look clean and tidy. I recommend the chicken sandwich and the chicken wraps. I think both earn top rankings when comparing to other similar fast food chicken options.
food good, service not, had to wait 10 min to order and 30 min to get food, perhaps they were short handed
Yum. Damari did a great job taking care of me - he even dropped fresh tenders for me!
Rude service. We were charged 4 times yet told “unable to make your order” due to an error on their machine. Will be reaching out to support.
