The last 4 times we came here.They never had white meat chicken spicy .Put in for a free Chicken Sandwich on the app.And never takes it off. The older manager, a young woman was very good.Never had a problem now.Since she's not here anymore that we can see there's problems.Going on. Glad you're building one in Hackettstown.Or I'll even drive up to Stroudsburg before coming here
Remember the show Seinfeld with the soup Nazi? I feel Popeyes are Biscuit Nazis. They show a picture of a large combo , 2 sides, LG soda & a biscuit. Yet when I upgrade my meal, they still don't give me one. KFC always gives you a biscuit. It costs only pennies. I asked the manager, and he said no, it doesn't come with my 15 dollar combo. Next time, I won't pay for an upgrade. Also, this place is always short staffed. Hire people already. the pandemic has been over. Do better!
Not a busy location so the chicken is not freshly made, not worth the $$
Stopped in for a quick bite before heading on a long trip. This location is super clean and welcoming!!! Fernando at the register was súper friendly and attentive! He helped us pick out from the menu!! Excellent customer service!!!
