. I asked for classic chicken, four thighs. They said, “20 minutes”. I waited twenty minutes. The young man put drumsticks, wing, and breast; no thighs, then lied to me. “Yes, thighs”. Alexander was working the register and was doing amazing. He was taking orders, asking for change and package orders. The female that was the manager in pink polo was needing constant guidance by him. She should have been packing orders while he is taking them. The cook in the back was constant working. He had to stop what he was doing and leave customers at the register to make and pack orders. HE SHOULD BE THE ACTUAL MANAGER!
