Dear Popeyes Management, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent experience I had at your establishment. Upon receiving my order, I noticed that the batter on my chicken tenders was falling off. While the chicken was fully cooked, it was not crispy as expected—it was soggy. Very poor service. They charge you for items and never out them in your bag. I called to make a complaint to the manager and they never answer the phone. This has happen 3 times
Today while at this Popeyes location in laurel I decided to use my app because i had points to get a free 6pc wigs the manager Maricela scanned my points and it took out the point and she still mention how i had to pay $7.41 and i told her no you guys just took my points it was for free wings. I ordered through the drive through where she decided to close the window while me and my friend was explaining to her that she took the points off and she should just refund the order and give the points back.
