Need to close it down,every time you go their it's something always gone wrong.
I’ve been twice and they got the order wrong each time. Also employee at the window was not friendly at all. This business is not going to last as long as your employees don’t take pride in what they are doing. They all need customer service training.
False advertisement (meal said $7.99 on drive thru menu but was $9.29 at the window)...I ordered "small" so it should have been the least expensive option! Over $10 after taxes for about a $4 meal. Chicken was small and undercooked, fries were soggy and biscuit was pathetic! I eat at Popeye's in Dothan regularly and it has never been like this!
