Every single time I come to this location, I end up waiting 15 to 20 minutes just for food. This has been consistent on multiple visits, and it’s very frustrating. Fast food should not take this long. The staff often seem unorganized, and even when the dining area is not busy, the wait times are unreasonably long. Orders are sometimes incomplete, and I’ve had to double-check my bag before leaving more than once. Clean, good service, spicy chicken sandwich delicious hot snd larger than the sandwich in Frankfort Bun also good and hot when served. I will go the extra miles for this one
