I accidentally ordered from the wrong town. I'm an hour and a half away from Bogalousa. However, they Will not cancel an order for you. Call the store and they tell me I have to use the app. Use the app it tells me to call the store and speak to them. Call the store and they basically tell you they robbed you. They just keep saying they can't cancel an order. No attempt at helping. Why would the app tell me to contact the store directly?
Terrible food , biscuits were hard as a rock , Mac and cheese was burnt and mashed potatoes and gravy was runny , I visit this location often but within the last few months the quality of food , and atmosphere has changed drastically
At the time of writing this we have been sitting at the intercom for about 25 minutes minimum waiting to order and nobody has even spoke through it ppl have waited so long that atleast 5 other vehicles left - after returning home food was over cooked
