My incident happened a month or so ago. Went at lunch (around 11:45ish). Door was locked. Manager outside came out from her car to unlock the door to the restaurant. Employees asked me “how in the hell did you get in here? We’re closed.” Which I told her your manager with a key unlocked it. And it’s lunch time, how are you closed??? As much as I love Popeyes food, I will never go there again.
The employees are going to run this Popeyes to rhe ground. 6:00 ( this is supper time) they are like... 'We don't have any chicken at this time. You will have to pull up up and wait X amount of time for it) THAT'S TOO LONG!!! This is ridiculous. Between at 5 and 7 they should be prepared and ready for service. Someone over this restaurant needs to step in, before we loose Popeyes in Gray for the second time!

I have to put 1 star to get this published, otherwise I would put -1 star. All of rhw employees except 1 looked and seemed mad as he'll to be there. That one person was smiling but apparently new and untrained as he couldn't complete anything without asking for help. Kinda felt sorry for him. This place opened at 4 pm and we arrived at 5 pm.
