I don’t know if it’s a hiring problem or what but this is by far one of the worst Popeyes I’ve ever seen. The lobby is closed 80% of the time and it takes 30 minutes to get every order. Whoever is in charge of this location should be fired. Most of the employees here are ignorant and they don’t even acknowledge you when you walk in you’ll stand at the counter for at least 10 minutes before they finally come talk to you. I don’t think anybody here knows what customer service is.
I went there 3 times and they told me that I have to wait 25 to 30 min. To have my order. The first time my order was to go and I haven't a problem but the other 2 times I heard them said that the cook doesn't want to work and that the ladies at front told him that he needs to cook more chicken and he was on cellphone making phone calls the las time I had to wait almost 40 min. Go in today 6:30pm. They only have legs and thighs non-spicy. Not, we are going to cook some more, oh no, that's all that's up Period. I'm not paying almost 40 for legs and thighs. So you don't cook anymore for the rest of the day? Hope the owner sees this post. Just lazy.
