Visited the Bastrop in the middle of the afternoon on a Sunday. Went inside and ordered and was told they were short staffed, and could not eat inside. I said no problem, make my order to go and i will eat at table and clean up after myself and my wife. The unprofessional actions by the 2 young men horsing around and taking bad to customers really turned me off. I’m really starting to get annoyed with the bastrop location ! Customer service is everything don’t get on the intercom laughing and playing around after you’ve asked me twice if you could take my order. Pay attention and know someone is listening on the other side it’s rude !!!!
food is always good just always forget my side orders some how every time todsy they forgot my mac and cheese paid almost $6 for it
I don't know if its just this specific Popeyes, but... why am I paying 50$ for a family tender meal... and the tenders look like baby carrots? Like... why? Why charge that much when the FOOD DOESNT MATCH THE PRICE! C'mon man, do better please. Its already hard enough out here.
