Every item on our order was either incorrect or missing all together. I tried to call the store and the number listed is invalid. I even tried another store for updated contact information to no avail. Money and time totally wasted.
Ask for them to give me some hot fresh chicken !!! They said it was slow and also wasn't going to drop no more chicken ask for a large red beans and rice .. give me a med pay 16.03 for three wings and cold fries
I ordered carry out through their app. I was missing several items in my order. The only way to contact them is through the app. No one answers the phone number on the receipt. The "bot" on the app offered me an app credit that was NOT THE SAME VALUE OF WHAT WAS MISSING. NOT A GOOD WAY TO DO BUSINESS !!!! Edited on 9/14/25 - The company responded to this review. Last night I pulled up about 10p and I ordered a pop corn shrimp combo with mashed potatoes and a Fanta to drink. I was asked to pull up. I waited for at least 10 to 15 minutes for my food. Also, once my food was brought out I received a box full of grease dripping inside of the bag no napkins. I pulled back to the window when I said hey can I get some napkins and a bag Not realizing that it was literally just that much grease in there I just saw the grease.
