During my last visit, I sat in the drive-through for almost 5 minutes before an employee said that they were not taking any orders from the drive-through. After getting inside, it was a little crowded, but it moved pretty quickly to only have 3 people working. I understand that the employees were stressed, but the customer service could have been more friendly.
Workers are extremely rude. Waited 15 minutes and was the only one there only for them to not even want to bring my food outside and make me come around to the window and get. Food did not look eatable. The black guy at the window had a horrible attitude.
Waited 30 minutes in drive thru. Had to go in to ask for my order. They said he’ll bring it out. Waited another 10 minutes and he brought it out, never apologized for taking so long. When I got home my order was wrong. No biscuits and chicken was not spicy like I ordered. There’s some rude people that work there. I love Popeyes chicken but Senatobia needs to improve their store service.
Been here 4x they were either out of everything or had disgusting attitudes. The one time I was actually able to place an order I was literally screamed at because she was frustrated with the kitchen. It’s best to order online. I just went AT 9:15 and they said they are not taking any more orders. This place is a joke.
