If I could give this place 0 starts I would. I ordered door dash with them and my entire delivery was wrong. Being that I enjoy Popeyes I decided to go in person to get the correct items. I was met with extreme hostility and the girl who works the front counter had massive attitude. I understand this may not like your job but you chose to work at Popeyes. Curt and rude service. The guys there projected that they did not want to be there. I love their red beans and rice but I may have to make it myself going forward.
customer service is horrible no chicken nothing two managers. I was there almost 7 minutes and nobody came to attend me. Then the young lady says, sir. We’re not jumping over you, but we’re taking take care of the people in front of you and she was taking care of the guy next to me that came after me that makes no sense. Everybody had a nasty attitude. I left and didn’t eat, cause I was scared they might spit in my food the way they looked
Big disappointment I went here to try the Cajun rice mainly but got a meal with it I received rice a beans an macaroni and cheese when I ordered mash an gravy an Cajun rice by the way I ordered online.
