I visited this restaurant on my lunch break today. I was so busy making sure that I received spicy not original that I forgot to check for my peppers. And sure enough I did not have them. I called back at 1:35 and got no answer and couldn’t leave a message. It frustrates me to pay for something and then not get it.
Ordered food through the app, got to the restaurant which was out of what i ordered. Ask restaurant to cancel order and they didn’t. Worker stated i had to cancel order through app, popeyes makes it impossible to cancel said order so im still out money and no food. Which is ridiculous!
I’ve tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. But this is the 3rd time I’ve placed an order online, 20-30 minutes in advance. When I arrived, my order ticket is still sitting on the printer. I end up having to wait another 15-20 minutes. It defeats the purpose of ordering ahead. That’s goofy.
