I had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a Popeyes. I came in to pick up a prepaid order, gave my name, and instead of just handing me my food, the cashier demanded I show her the app. When I asked why she was making faces and rolling her eyes at me, she said it was because she thought I was stealing. Then she rolled her eyes again and shoved the bag at me. The employee who rolled her eyes is the one smiling in the photo. UNHYGIENIC I got the wrong order. I realized after eating my chicken it was not the spicy chicken. So I put the food I TOUCHED AND ATE back into the box. Then I went to the cashier to tell them. THEY PUT THE FOOD BACK INTO THE CLEAN FOOD AND PICKED UP THE PIECE I ATE WITH THE SAME UTENSIL and tossed it in the trash. So gross. If you eat something there it might be returned food with crumbs touched by a stranger who didn’t wash their hands.
