Manager is very rude, I asked him to give me the chicken that just came up and he told me no, keep looking at the chicken it’s busy. I don’t know what kind of customer service that is. But he does not deserve to be manager
I’ve been a long-time resident of Kips Bay and have visited this Popeyes several times. Tonight, however, was an experience that left me feeling disrespected. I placed an Uber Eats order and specifically requested sauce with my meal. When the order arrived with none, I decided (despite it being after 4 AM and me in heels) to walk over and kindly ask for it in person. This specific Popeyes location has fried chicken that's better than other locations.
The female day staff are unpleasant to deal with. However the night overnight male staff are very courteous and kind. Why is there a difference of attitude?? Don't like your job find a different one, please.
