I was their other night, The food wasn't terrible, but I waited 40 minutes and when I addressed this I presume the manger, because said on his shirt, was rude to me. As if I did something wrong.... I will not ever go back, I barely always if ever review. But I hope someone at a higher level reads this, and talks with the management.
We were excited to eat here as we don't have a local Popeyes and usually find their chicken superior, but I would pass on this location if you're hoping for a quality experience. Put in a mobile order for 2 combo meals. They were out of regular Coke so I opted for unsweetened tea. Tea did not have any ice so it was room temperature. Worst location the most irresponsible and lazy staff ive ever experienced. Every time I go there I pay for something and dont recieve what I ordered. I call and call and call and no response. EVER. Sick and tired of ordering food and not getting what I ordered. More over im sick and tired of leaving there knowing damn well they are full staffed not busy and ignoring phone calls.
The chicken was fresh, hot, & delicious as always at this popeyes.. The $6 box is a easy choice..
