Fast and courteous friendly service
Bad job, little attention to the customer, talking among themselves. I waited for more than 35 minutes and there was no one in the place, they did not pay attention. I had to repeat my order many times and when I got it, no napkins, wrong order and missing mashed potatoes. A disaster, besides the flavor, nothing to do with the real Louisiana that we know.
Even if I had seen that this specific location had such a low star rating, I would have still ended up going there. I did an online order. Because I was on a time crunch and originally I had made the order for a different store. But for whatever reason, when I hit order, it jumped to a different location on the online map and moved it to the store that I'm doing this review for. I ordered 2 chicken sandwiches. Food was cold, biscuits taste weird and they didn't give napkins or condiments. Person talking in the drive thru was loud I couldn't even talk.
