I just went today and they forgot to put in all the sides from each meal and gave us the wrong sauce. I should of known better since the store is already 3 stars.
I’m absolutely done giving these people second chances they either mess up the order or completely ignore the door dash orders as a whole. HOW IS THIS PLACE EVEN RUNNING WITHOUT PROPER MANAGEMENT OR SUPERVISORS. This is not a one time thing they close at 11 but these people refuse to work & stop taking or receiving orders online absolutely ridiculous. Management atrocious & workers are not far from it. CANNOT WAIT for someone who actually can do something about these people at this particular location.
Back again at this location after so long, nothing has changed, maybe different employees but same problems, I pull on drive thru and for my sides I ask for french fries and instead I got one and one coleslaw, I whent back and returned the coleslaw for my fries, and ordered a new order, at these point I had told the employee that I wanted some signature sauce, it i can have three like it says only menu so she said to remind her when she gives me my order and I did and akl she gave me was hot sauce packs, I said I want the ne... read more
I don't come here often. But today rhe customer service was awesome. Viridiana was pleasant and friendly in helping me get my order right.
