I had a small issue, I only want to talk about how the manager Alaya kindly fixed the issue I had 2 days before. She listened to me, explained what happened and fixed it. I will continue to buy food here. She is a great manager. Also all the food is amazing.
Drive through order was received incorrect and we were forced to drive back to have it corrected.
Order was completely wrong I asked for a active number to contact and the manger on night shift thought she was being funny by giving me a number that doesn’t work bringing other people food out while mine sits on the table I asked for the order to be remade and nothing was correct. I visited this location yesterday, and unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience. I had to wait over 10 minutes to pick up my online order, and it wasn’t even a busy time—it was a weekday, and the staff was simply standing around packing other pickup orders. After waiting, a staff member named Don finally asked me what I needed. I explained that I was there to pick up my online order, and I provided my name.
