First, I drove up to the window. They have me pull back and wait a good five minutes. That was after I waited several minutes at the speaker. They finally let me pull back up to the window just to tell me to pull up. I've now been sitting here for atleast 5 minutes. This is horrible. It was around 8pm, 8/22.
