Burgers are good, tenders are average. However the waitress was horrible. She noted half of our order. We said again what we wanted, she made a mistake. We told her, she responded nothing and told a colleague to modifiy. She was slow and disagreeable. The tables were dirty and pieces of trash from the tables were on the ground. The restrooms were closed because they pretended cleaning, during more than 1 hour. Changing the employees could make this restaurant fine.
Service with a frown. Im sick of being treated like the enemy every place in NYC. Rude, nasty service, dirty tables and a strange shortage of chairs. Never again.
I just needed to get something to eat fast so I can go back to the hospital to wait for my aunt to come back from an ultrasound. I got the 2 chicken combo. They gave me two large pieces of chicken but I asked for coleslaw and they gave me fries. I also asked for seltzer and got Sprite. The interior is nice and clean.
The store was a mess which isn't the norm, but the food is always good. The workers are nice I like most Popeyes locations.
