Ordered my food thru the app 3 hours early for it to be ready at a certain time...waited 30 minutes in the drive thru just to get it. They take forever just to acknowledge you, they made me late going back to work, and then all they have to say is a quick sorry. Total joke.
The big box is a joke. The chicken we got was so small and it was so nasty and dried out. The worst chicken I ever had. The biscuit was so hard. I could have thrown them against my wall but didn’t want to break my tv. They were so hard. It was nasty. I try to call and complain they don’t answer the phone. So beware the 6 dollar big box is a joke. Chicken that been sitting out all day. Gross. Nasty shit.
Only issue they didn't give me the chicken I asked for but it was still good
