I’ve visited this Popeyes location twice in the past 30 days, and both experiences were disappointing. On my first visit, the order was incomplete — they left out both large sides and the biscuits. On my second visit, they accidentally gave my order to someone else, and had to chase them down in the parking lot to get it back. Despite that mix-up, they didn’t offer to remake the food. Went there at 3pm on a weekday. I hadn’t been there in a year. At first, I thought the business was permanently shut down because the weeds and grass were so long everywhere. It looked abandoned. I went through the drive-thru and it was in fact open. The chicken was really fresh and delicious. I had to go back, though, because they left out all of our sides. How does this happen?
Chicken pieces are so small. smallest thighs & drumsticks I have ever seen. Disgusting rip off & so overcooked.
