Don’t even bother coming to this one. This has to be the worst Popeyes I’ve ever been to. I put a mobile app order in 30 minutes before getting there and when I arrived it still wasn’t ready. I pulled up to the drive thru kiosk and it took 2 minutes to get an answer, not because the line was backed up, but because of how understaffed they were. I was told they can't use the drive thru so I had to go inside and wait for around 20 minutes to be told that they were out of some of the things I ordered and I need to cancel the order myself. While cancelling my order I heard them tell other patrons that they were out of most of their sides and some of their menu selections. I got a "reward points" refund instead of a monetary refund which is useless because I will probably not go through the hassle of trying to pry food out of this place again.
