26 minutes waiting for my order in the drive thru. Follow up: 31 minutes wait after she stated that it would take specifically 8 minutes without me asking. The food was cold. The person in line behind me got their food first, and their bag was bigger, so I got out and told them how long I had been waiting. She told me I was lying and that I could wait. All the reviews are true. You will wait 30 minutes for the terrible food. Food is cold and crushed up. Workers have crappy attitude and random people will bother you asking you to pay for their food. Never go here!!!
Provided wrong menu item on purpose after they ran out of what I ordered. Instead of informing so I can order something else.
Witnessed a worker named Nancy swear at and berate her newer coworker who had asked her for help finding something. She had the time for dramatics yet the lobby looked ghastly and orders were backed up by about 20 minutes. Maybe lose the bad management and retrain the employees.
